I just switched to T-mobile from AT&T Pay-as-you-go service.
I did it because I wanting to get into the "Unlimited Web+Text with 100 min talk".
Before doing that I chatted with a T-mobile representative online through the online chat window (I have saved the whole conversation). She told me that I couldn't get this plan online and that I have to go to a physical T-mobile store in order for me to get this promotion.
So, I did. And I went to the T-Store in Washington Street, downtown Boston. And when I was trying to get this promotion, the sales representative told me that I can only get it online :S:S:S:S:S
I was totally confused by his comment and then the sales representative told me that I could get the $50 plan for a month and then the next month I could change to that $30 "Unlimited Web+Text with 100 min talk" plan online. So, as I didn't want to wait then I got my T-mobile chip and switched my number from AT&T that same day.
Now, when I try to change on my account online to that other "Unlimited Web+Text with 100 min talk" plan, I just can't see it as one of the options.
I want to ask how can I switch to the "Unlimited Web+Text with 100 min talk" plan as this was the only reason why I changed to AT&T?
I would like a clear reply please...
