The non-corporate T-mobile store gave me a "pending" credit to upgrade to the new Galaxy Tab. However, I do not want to make this purchase, and in-store, they are giving me the run-around. The manager avoids me. HELP! I don't want the new tab, the $10 plan, or anything besides my regular Galaxy S4, my awesome over the phone represenative, and to get a refund when I want to refund. I purchased the portable speaker in store, and the lady said if I did not like it, she wouldn't charge me $50 to return it. Now, she says she didn't offer that. Again, the manager avoids me.
