I received the following text message today: "To keep your T-Mobile Advantage Program discount, you must verify your eligibility by 5/31. Go to: http;//t-mobile.com/verify".
I went to the site and entered my information and I received the following message.
T-Mobile® Advantage™ Program
We can’t find you.
Sorry, John, but we can't find your information in our records.
Please check your account information and try entering it again.
I tried with both numbers on my account. I called in and talked to a representative that also tried to verify my account and they got the same result. The representative said he will escalate the issue and get back to me tomorrow. I'm wondering if this is something specific to my account or if others are are seeing this also. Has anyone else received this message when trying to verify your are eligibility for the Advantage Program?
