This is completely ridiculous. We started this process in Feb and still do not have our ETF cards. Tmobile owes us $420 for the ETF and about $500 in gas and time of constantly calling and driving up to the store to get all of this straightened out. We have spent numerous hours on the phone getting the run around. If I hear a couple more weeks one more time... just tonight we were told another 30 days! Are you serious?!? I was excited to switch in the beginning but now I want nothing more than to return these phones, get my old one back, get the money owed to me, and go back to Verizon. This process is beyond flawed and you owe people to make it right. You are messing with people's money and not being honest in the process. Shame on you! Once I pay off this phone I will NEVER do business with Tmobile again. I will be writing to the corporate office and filing a complaint with the BBB. Never should have left Verizon. Heck I am paying the same amount for sub par service.
