I switched over from Verizon a few weeks ago where short codes were working fine.
On my new phone I cannot send or receive short code messages. When I try to send to short codes I get the error.
"Sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." So I tried again minutes later, hours later, days later, weeks later. Always the same message.
I am not on any pre-paid or no credit plan and I have called customer service and they have confirmed I do not have any message blocking features enabled on my account.
I have a co-worker who receives short code text messages from the same place that I used to receive them so I know they are still being sent out.
