First I would like to say my experience switching to T-Mobile was a nightmare. The in-store rep. Never submitted my information from version to their system so I went 2 days without service. Then she forgot to tell me that “I” had to submit the paper work for ETF. My phone stop work for about a week and they told me just to wait for it to start working again.
Second, WHY IS THERE A CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER on https://www.switch2t-mobile.com/ when I have called 10+ times to only be told there is no department to contact for a status. How do you have a service you can't check???? I got one email saying my files were received. After this I have received nothing and entering my information into(https://www.switch2t-mobile.com/status/Search) says:
Unfortunately, the information you've entered doesn't match our records. Please make sure you've entered it correctly, or call 1-800-937-89971-800-937-8997 for assistance. Your submission may take up to 14 days to show in the system. I never got a tracking number!
Calling 1-800-937-89971-800-937-8997 I get knows answers and the one time someone said they would look into it I was on hold for 30min before I decided to hang up. Verizon is now sending me to collections all because I thought I would have had the reimbursement by now. If I knew this was the case I would have never switch to tmobile. Data services doesn’t always work and I’m pretty much paying the same price with all the service fees.
How do I get a valid status that someone is reviewing my reimbursement???? I dont want to go to collections for this!
