Restrictions
- The barring SOC (ILDBARS) cannot be on the account.
- You cannot be attempting to call a blocked country.
- The feature of international dialing does not give you the ability to roam internationally.
- This information does not pertain to landline dialing patterns.

Dialing
Mobile users can press the plus + key in place of the IDD code when dialing direct to an international number.
Note: The IDD code for the U.S. is "011".
- See International Roaming for the country codes.
- Select the country you are dialing from the drop-down list.
- The country code will be displayed at under the rate.
- You should have the city or mobile code with the number you are trying to dial.
Note: The phone number can be any number of digits.
