If you would like to use your phone to call internationally, please perform the following steps:

Verify your phone is technically capable
Verify the country is not blocked from dialing, see Calling T-Mobile Blocked Locations
Verify your account is setup correctly
You automatically have permission to dial internationally unless you have requested to have international long distance barring (ILDBARS) added to your account. The ILDBARS feature will NOT prohibit:
- Dialing internationally while you are roaming domestically on other service partners' networks. (Cellbrite, Verizon, etc.)
- Sending international SMS messages to international mobile numbers.
- Receiving calls from international callers.
- Calls to the following locations:
- Canada
- Mexico
- US Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. John, St. Croix, and Water Island).

Note: The international dialing feature does not give you the ability to roam internationally.
