Annoyed with t-mobile customer care: who I can complain about extended waiting time to get mine and my family's cell numbers back in use after changing our t-mobile family plan to another t-mobile family plan.
In the meanwhile we've had a few emergencies where we would have needed to have the family reachable via our phone numbers.
Also our family gets texts in the middle of the night that are not suitable for young ones, What's App messages etc etc. -Who needs reality TV when you have t-mobile customer care taking care of your family and unprotecting the kids?
I just don't understand why I do not get contacted if there is an issue that prevents them from processing my request within the MAX promised time. We have now waited more than the first 72 hours, the extended nearly 24 hours, and after my second call I was promised another 24 to 48 hours for them to investigate what the hold up is. I hope they were kidding. Maybe there is somebody as simple as me to deal with this very simple sounding change?
