I have "Unlimited" data, the kind that gets throttled after 5GB. This has never been a problem for me because I've never gone anywhere near that much data use in a month. A few days ago, about 2 weeks into my billing cycle, my data was throttled because I went over 5GB. I checked my phone which tracks how much data I use and it was at 1.6GB for this billing cycle. Now, I understand being a little off but a 3.4GB difference?? I went online and checked how much data I've used in the past.. I've never gone above 3GB in a full billing cycle and I average around 2GB. I haven't downloaded any new apps, I make sure to turn off any I'm not using, I haven't been downloading anything more or streaming anything.. I don't get it. I called Support but they were no help and just tried to sell me a higher data plan. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything I can do? Thanks!
