Has anyone here done this before? They are having a lot of trouble with mine. One rep said they needed an account number and not a phone number, so I called Virgin to get an account number (because I don't have access to that information). Called T-Mobile back and they said, they've never seen that kind of account number before. So we tried entering my Virgin phone number and they said it didn't reject it. But that's what they used the first time. So now I have to wait another 2 days to see if that worked. It won't because it was the same phone number. I went from Virgin to AT&T in minutes and AT&T back to Virgin in minutes. Why does it take so long with T-Mobile?
So I guess what I'm looking for is what exactly do I need to do to get my phone number transferred from Virgin mobile to T-Mobile?
