We recently purchased two sony xperia z1s's, one of them suddenly does not have service but the other does. We are in the heart of Sacramento, CA where the service is just as good as anything else. We swapped out the sim cards and everything and the sim cards work in both phones. Just the phone without service doesn't work either way. Such cr@p... I wish we wouldn't have "broken up" with AT&T now...
