Hi, I just ordered a device on line for my son. It was a new additional line to my existing account. However at the time of ordering and checkout I haven't seen any option that I can get a new number for this new device. When do I get the number for this line? Do I have to call customer service when I receive the device and sim card? Then am I going to get a new number at the time when I call the customer service? Do I also have to set a plan and services for this new device with the customer service again even if this is a simple added line to a existing account? (I already set all these at the time of ordering.)
