Hello everyone, and this is my problem. I have two phones, one is using Family Mobile with full unlimitied services, and one is a gilf from my parent (a unlocked Note 3). I tried to find on the T-mobile website and they have a plan (MIM) for 3G tablet such as iPad. In my opinion, I want to use the Note 3 like a tablet which using DATA only. So I came to the T-mobile store to ask a service guy for the SIM KIT only. They told me that I must have to add $30 with 2.5GB for the first time using, and I can refill every 30 days with no contract. I put the SIM in my Note 3, and it got full signal with T-mobile 3G/E. Then I followed the instruction on web brower at mim.t-mobile.com to created an account with PIN number 1234. Finally, my Note 3 success to activated. But, here is the problem: even with full 3G/E signal, I can't access to the internet. Whatever I've tried to go to google.com or the others page, the web brower immediately turn back to t-mobile website. I tried to open facebook, instagram, and many others app. I got this "Login fail or the cycle ring still loading". I have no idea about that, I tried to log in in mim.t-mobile many times and my screen will be like this: Screenshot (10:20PM, Th3 19, 2014) - Google Drive
Does anyone have any ideas? or should I return the SIM to T-mobile and cancel the plan? Anyway, thank for your help, and I would appreciate that.
