The engineers seem unable to resolve this one.
Conditions:
1) on a call, using wifi calling.
2) someone calls me and I don't answer because I am on the phone.
3) the call DOES NOT go to voice mail, after 5-6 rings a message comes on that I have left the area and am unavailable.
This has been going on for 2 weeks. I am on my second trouble ticket and the promised 72 hours has come and gone.
How do I get someone's attention on this that can resolve it?
