I am completely frustrated with the incompetence from account services.
My siblings and I are on a shared mobile 1000 min plan with unlimited texting. One of my sisters was the primary account owner, and we wanted to switch the ownership to me. We went to a T-Mobile store to get this done. After 2 weeks, I get a bill for $65.90 with only my phone on the account. Apparently the accounts person only moved my phone out of the shared plan, and left me with a single line plan.
I called accounts services again to move all accounts over to my ownership and to somehow re-adjust billing to get reimbursed or credited for the wrong account. All accounts were moved correctly, but they wouldn't allow the credit. Their excuse was that "well, that was just how it was setup and they can't do anything about it". fml. Well, ok, it's just a $12 difference between what I would have paid for the shared plan. I can eat it.
A few days has passed and now I noticed that they they forgot to add the unlimited texting. This will probably mean $50+ in extra charges because we text a lot.
I'm pretty much fuming now. I will need to call accounts services again tomorrow. And perhaps even eat the extra charges again...
Should I really have to question and second guess every account change they make?
