Hi,
I am currently with AT&T and would love to switch back to T-mobile, taking advantage of the break-up offer where T-mobile pays for the ETF. However, I want a Lumia 1020, I already have one (bought just 6 months ago) and I'm happy with it. I want to use it with T-mobile. Unfortunately it sounds like the offer wants you to trade-in and the best Lumia that T-mobile currently offers is only the 925, which is older than my current phone.
I know the 2-year payment plan is essentially how t-mobile recovers their money for paying ATT's ETF, and I don't mind that at all, but can I use my existing phone as collateral and sign up for a payment plan just for my existing phone?
Or is there anyway around this such that I can sign with t-mobile and use my phone, but still take advantage of the ETF offer?
Thanks,
