Global Roaming SNAFU - Mislead

I recently moved over to T-mobile from Verizon.  During my initial call with the salesperson, I was told my Simple Choice Plan included no Global Roaming Charges which was important because I travel to Canada several times a week. I don't use my phone much, but I do use it on occasion when I travel to Canada, primarily B.C..

To my dismay, it came to my attention today that although the credit customer plans include unlimited/no charge global roaming,  this service is not provided to the no credit check customers (in my case, I purchased 2 SIM cards for my current phone and tablet, there was no need for a credit check because I had my own, high priced technology).

This policy makes no sense.  If there are NO charges for the credit customers, and therefore no worry about paying incremental fees, then why would you actually CHARGE the no credit customers if they actually used service while in Canada?   There is no risk on T-mobile's part for charges if they are free and if the credit customers are receiving the free global roaming, under the same plans and monthly fees as the no credit customers, then why isn't global roaming free for all?

This policy is going to require me, after going through all the effort to re-spec my phone and Tablet for T-mobile, to now cancel and stick with Verizon.

If someone can please make a change to this senseless policy, I will stay.  Otherwise, I will be forced to close my account and send back my SIM cards for a refund at the end of the week...which I would prefer NOT to do.

I ask for common sense to prevail in this situation.

Thank you for your consideration.
