I ordered a SIM card last night from T-Mobile.
The instructions suggested overnight shipping to avoid the number porting before receiving the SIM card, so I did.
My number was ported before the SIM card was shipped.(Why would you do this?)
WHY? I am completely without a phone. I can't even track the package.
Is there ZERO communication between your the shipping department and customer service????
You're getting off to a really terrible start, T-Mobile.
