I need help! I have been to 3 different t-mobile store, ask a few online reps, and am just tired of trying. I am wanting to switch to t-mobile. The phone that I want is the LG G2. In the store they are telling me they can do it but after everything (including a trade in of the Sprint Iphone 5s that I have) I would still owe $98.98. But if I were to do it online, by the end of the price I would actually have a credit to the T-Mobile account. The problem is I don't have the luxury as most I would say to wait 3 billing cycles for $200 to be credited to my bill. I want to know is there any possible way I can trade in the phone in the store, get a sim card or account activation there. Go home buy the phone online with the credit that my old phone has given me and purchase the new phone that I want online and have it overnighted to me? Best Buy doesn't have the G2 for sale for T-Mobile nor does any other retailer than I can find. Can anyone help me here? I would be very thankful for any insight on what I could do. The only reasoning I get in store that they can't give me an extra $100 off like online can and that no one up to a Regional Manager could approve same pricing as online. Thank you!
