I had this special offer on LG G2 - $96 discount and $16.99 for 24 months. However before i signed the electronic agreement i wanted to see if i can root the phone, after i saw that it is possible i went back to my account to see that the page was timed out and after refresh on my browser the offer was gone.It is showing $96 for downpayment now.Since i was checking out(just about to sign electronic agreement) i think i have some right to ask for discount. The people from the loyalty dept did not, however the guy confirmed i have been trying to buy it but haven't signed the agreement , the online operator and his manager said that all they can do is to offer me $30 credit because i was paying for JUMP but canceled it because it will be cheaper to buy nexus 5 (before the G2 offer). So i have paid $40 for 4 months of Jump, but they will refund me only 10, then 20 and then 30.I denied i wanted to get this phone. Then after 12min i have had missed call from t mobile i guess thats been for a $40 offer.
I am giving them $40 and don't even calling them to get it back. But they cant give me that $96 discount. So thats why i wanna get public. If tmobile says it works for the consumer then that is a problem i think.Plus they have blocked new registrations on this forum. How convenient for them.I thought they need a good image right now?
I've been with t mobile for 7 years.New high end phones almost every year and $100 bills for 7 years.
I have log from the online chat that also is conveniently hidden from the main pages.
