How to change tablet plan on a post-paid account?

I have a 4-line voice Simple plus a tablet line (5-lines total).  When I login to my.t-mobile.com, and hit Plan icon, and then select the tablet line in the Managing Line dropdown, the page shows my current plan which is On-Demand but no other options are available to switch to such as 500MB, 2.5GB etc.

 

Is this normal?
