arrived in Cabarete, Dominican Republic on Dec 5th. double checked the roaming agreement and found i was using "orange" towers at the hotel i am at. My Nexus 4 worked fine till last weekend then all of a sudden i cannot access "orange" service. it will connect to viva (not on list) i have restarted and even pulled and replaced the SIM card. still no luck. the wireless i am using now is operated off the orange network and the "orange" rep said it was a tmobile issue.
