Dear T-Force,
I have bought an Iphone 5S full price while I was living and studying in the US, I have used and had it active already for 40 days, I have met all the requirements mentioned on T-Mobile's website (SIM Unlock your phone) but still when I chat with the customer care they didn't help me unlocking my cell phone. I have paid full price of the cellphone plus $70,00 of usage and simcard and now I'm in Brazil without being able to use my cellphone here.
When I bought the cellphone on a T-mobile store the seller told me that the only thing I should do to have my phone unlocked it was to activate it and wait the 40 days and then contact T-Mobile from Brazil and it would be unlocked, before leaving the US I called T-mobile to make sure everything would work and again a T-Mobile worker said that once the 40 days had passed I could contact T-mobile even from Brazil that they would unlock my cellphone.
Please help me unlocking it, I have paid too much already and everything that was informed and written on the website and contract I have met, I just need it unlocked to be able to use it here.
