With the new ETF reimbursement offer, I see that you have to both trade in your old phone AND purchase a new phone from T-Mobile. However, I just recently purchased a new device, and I would like to use that on T-Mobile's network. Would it be at all possible to just get the ETF reimbursement without trading in/purchasing a new device?
There is a similar question here Questions regarding the new t-mobile buyout program. but the answer from the T-Mobile representative wasn't public.
