New customer. Unlocked ATT phone. Got simcar in mail. Entered all enformation. Got to last part where it pays via credit card and system said ERROR, Cannot proceed. Tried to start over. Activation code invailid now. Sim car number in use. Stuck.

New customer.  Unlocked ATT phone.  Got simcard in mail and installed.  Entered all information for activation. Got to last part where it pays via credit card and system crashed "ERROR".  Cannot proceed.

Tried to start over. Activation number is now invalid.  Sim card number is "in use"  Stuck.
