My previous carrier, AT&T, began the process of sending my unlock codes yesterday (12/15) by email. They also told me to wait at least 48 hours before seeing the email. This morning, wow, I was surprised to find out they disconnected my service. Now I can only communicate by email! AT&T should have told me there would be service interruption and so, I did not accept their apology and I'm glad I left them for T-Mobile....can you help? or do I have to be without service until such codes appear in my email?
