Since many people are getting the option to migrate to Simple Choice plans without any fees, I'm wondering what the criteria for switching plans without a migration fee is.
I'm currently on a contract (classic 1000 min Talk) , and only 3 lines have data on 1 line with data $30 month'
With the new Simple Choice Plans, we would get more features for the same price. I spoke to a T-Mobile in-store representative, and they said something about not being eligible for a migration fee waiver because the contract is a year old.
I have been a customer for about 9-10 years and was wondering if there was anything T-Mobile could do.
