Hello, I brought over my iPhone 4S from AT&T last month (November 15th) in order to have some sort of service until I could afford to get the 5s. I now have the funds for the 5s. However, I'm having a horrible experience in trying to get an EIP for the 5s. I've made multiple visits to my local store and made calls to customer service only to be disappointed. Here's why:
1. I'm not able to have any kind of EIP until November... 2014, according to customer service (611).
2. I was not made aware of this when I signed up even though I specified that I would be purchasing a 5s about a month or so after I switched.
3. I can't even add a line until 60 days have passed, according to my account page on My T-Mobile. Again, I wasn't notified.
4. My account is in good standing, I'm never late on payments for almost anything.
5. I got the funds to get the 5s by selling my 4S on ebay. I'll soon be without a phone!!!
Someone please help me find a way around this. I really want the 5s and I really don't want to go back to AT&T over some miscommunication and a bad experience...
