This is very frustrating..
I order 2 of the note3 Samsung S-view covers and I did not get any tracking number.
It already passed the estimated delivery date that show up.
I talked to the customer representatives, and they said that they cannot look up by order number. (?????)
They told me to use the palm signs or whatever, but that only brings up the phone order I had
since I ordered my devices through T-mobile online.
I need to get a tracking number for the order on phone cases, and it does not show up.
I DO HAVE A ORDER NUMBER, but it does not work.
When I called the T-mobile online, they said that they need to talk to the primary account holder.
This is nothing about the phones and plans and stuff.
I just order some cases under "my name" with "my credit card" so under "billing address and shipping address" they have my name
and I did not even login to my t-mobile,
but why do they need to talk to the primary account holder when it is nothing related to that?
I'm very disappointed with T-mobile.
They took over $80 for two cases from my credit card, and provided the order number that never works.
