tmobile lifeline and in-reach issues

I am kinda upset with T-Mobile their is some misleading information on the in-reach program. I read on t-mobile website that all of the monthly 4G plans are eligible for the $10 discount. Though the person that is in the activation department turns around and says that only the $30.00 monthly 4G rate plan is eligible why is this. I have contacted t-mobile customer care spoke with management and supervisors and they seem to have no idea what in-reach is even. I may after this month of service is finished de-enrrol from the lifeline program and move onto another provider who is I fell is more comfortable for me as 30MB of data is not even enough for me. Also I want to mention that the person that was handling my activation she was rude. She left a message on my phone letting me know that if I ever contact anyone from t-mobile lifeline my phone call would not be answered and that regular t-mobile prepaid is the only way for me to get stuff done but I don't think they are knowable about this program cause the brochure says all plans are eligible for t-mboile in-reach.  If you goto https://lifeline.t-mobile.com it says you can get any plan on in-reach. https://lifeline.t-mobile.com/Home/Plans why was I given the choice of only one? For know keep me with this lifeline provider but I want to explore different options as another provider. I also did not enjoy what was told to me on my voicemail.
