Contract review process

I sumitted a contract review per instruction from customer service on 23 Jan and immediately got an email stating that I would be contacted within 10 business days. Yesterday was 10 business days, so I resent my original request and as of right now, 12:00PM on 7 Feb 2013 I still have not seen nor heard anything. What is my next step? CS tells me they can't do anything once contract review has my complaint.
