I have recently encountered this problem around 2 weeks ago, my phone will not make or receive calls or texts, when I try to call someone it says "not registered on network" and always says "searching". I'm not in a great coverage area, I am connected to at&t cell tower with an average of 3 bars of service most of the time. I have already spoken with customer support over the phone and they have already sent me a new phone which is the same phone as my last one (galaxy s2), but the problem still persists. I have been with T-Mobile for 6 or more months I believe and this is the first this has ever happened. I have also had people that use at&t at my house (which i'm quite sure connects to the same at&t cell tower) and their service is just fine. I have also tried one of my old at&t sim cards in my current phone and they do not say "searching" like my T-Mobile sim does, the old at&t sim however does show around 3 bars of service like my T-Mobile sim. Does anyone know what the cause could be?
