Steps
To refill your Pay in Advance account, choose your preference below and follow those steps. You'll need to use a credit card or debit card to purchase a 30-day auto renew data pass.
Refill online
You can make a payment online through My T-Mobile by using one of the following methods:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Checking account
- Redeeming a refill card
You can Refill/fund your account now. You can set up your account through My T-Mobile so that it's refilled automatically as frequently as you schedule them.
Refill by text
If you have your profile set up with the Refill Center, you can send a text to the Refill Center to apply a refill using the credit card, debit card, or checking account associated with your account by following these steps:
- Send a text message containing the refill amount and last four digits of the credit card or debit card number.
Example: 25 2353
- Send the text message to 7777. Refills are applied within a few minutes.
Note: If you did not receive a confirmation text message, call *ADD.
Refill by phone
You can make a payment over the phone through our automated system or by talking to a live representative using the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Checking account
Note: You can do this from your T-Mobile phone by dialing *ADD (*233).
Refill card
You can purchase a refill card at more than 40,000 locations nationwide, including:
- T-Mobile retail stores
- Authorized dealers, such as Walgreens, Circle K, 7-Eleven, and more.
- Find a location near you where you can purchase a refill card.
Renew early
The renew early option is only available when you exceed your allotment of at least one of the following services:
- Minutes
- Messaging
- Data
Note: If your plan includes an unlimited bucket, early renewal is not available. Any remaining bucket is lost if you choose to renew your plan early.
