My Microsoft Corporate Discount is not applied to my first bill.
When the documentation for the discount has completed while taking the connection, why is the discount not applied to the first bill?
Also it was confirmed by service representative (supervisor) on phone (611), that my bill due date changed from 21-Nov to 27-Nov as Microsoft Discount Plan kicked in and the bill date cycle changed to match Microsoft's billing cycle.
So as per the above, if the Microsoft Discount Plan has kicked in, why has the discount not been applied?
Please correct my bill and apply the discount ASAP.
