IVE BEEN WITH T-MOBILE FOR 12 YRS AND IM DONE

I HAVE BEEN WITH TMOBILE FOR 12 YRS AND IM SO SICK IT. AT THIS POINT I WANT OUT.  I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ALWAYS GET YOU CANT CALL THEM YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THEM. THAT A LIE EVERY COMPANY HAS A CORPORATE OFFICE NUMER. YEARS AFTER YEARS IVE DEALT WITH TMOBILE  AND COULDNT GET OUT CONTRACT. THEN A NEW PHONE WOULD COME OUT AND I WOULD GET SUCKED INTO BUYING A NEW PHONE. IM TIRED OF CALLING ABOUT MY SIGNAL ISSUES AND I GET WELL THAT AREA IS DOWN RIGHT NOW. SOMEONE WILL BE OUT IN 3 DAYS FOR THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT TO LOOK AT TOWERS IN AREA. IN MAY 2013 THEY TOLD ME THAT HERE IT IS SEP 2013. IM STILL GETTING DROPPED CALLED AND NO INTERNET SERVICE. ALONG WITH PEOPLE SAYING THEY HAVE CALLED ME AND MY PHONE DOESNT EVEN RING. T-MOBILE HAS CALLED ME EMOTIONAL DISTRESS FOR ABOUT 8 YRS, EVERYTIME I CALL I HAVE TO FUSS, GET A HEADACHE, OR CRY BECAUSE OF THER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF CARE. I BELIEVE THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN WITH THIS SERVICE FOR OVER A DECADE SHOULD GET TREATED FAIR. IM ALSO TIRED OF EVERYTIME I CALL ABOUT A PHONE COMPLAINT THEY WANT TO MASTER RESET MY PHONE WHICH NEVER WORKS AND I LOOSE ALL MY INFORMATION.  OVER THE YEARS T-MOBILES SERVICE HAS GOTTEN WORSE AND WORSE. I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES AND LIVE NO WHERE NEAR FAMILY. THE OTHER DAY I COULDNT EVEN CALL THE AMBULANCE BECAUSE OF MY SIGNAL I COULD HAVE DIED. I CALL THEM AND TELL THEM MY SITUATION AND THEY SAY SOMEONE WILL LOOK AT THE TOWERS IN 72 HOURSE SERIOUSLY. I COULD BE DEAD BY THEN. WHOS TO SAY I WONT STOP BREATHING AGAIN. THEN A COUPLE OF MONTHS BEFORE THIS I WAS TRAVELING WHICH I DO ALOT AND A EIGHTEEN WHEELER WITH DANGEROUS CHEMICALS  BLEW UP ABOUT 4 CARS BEFORE ME, AND GUESS WHAT MY SIGNAL DIDNT WORK NEITHER DID MY INTERNET. I CANNOT DEPEND ON T-MOBILE IN HEALTH OR SAFETY. THEN THE BEST THEY CAN DO IS OFFER A REFURBISHED PHONE. YOU GET THE REFURBISHED PHONE AND ITS ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE. IM TIRED OF IT AND I NEED ANSWERS NOW. I AM NOT PAYING T-MOBILE 200.00 DISCONNECTION FEE FOR MAKING MY LIFE MISERABLE. THEN NEARLY EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO CALL AND COMPLAIN ABOUT BILL BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS ADDING SOMETHIN THAT DOESNT BELONG. T-MOBILE HAS CAUSED ME HEALTH ISSUES AND AT THIS POINT SOMETHIN NEEDS TO BE FIXED OR IM CONTACTING A LAWYER I HAVE RECORDS PROVING T-MOBILES EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. A CELLPHONE COMPANY SHOULDNT BE THIS MUCH OF A BURDEN IN MY LIFE AT ALL. A CELL PHONE COMPANY IS SUPPOSE TO BE THERE FOR YOU . THE LAST CALL I HAD WITH A SUPERVISOR UPSET ME SO MUCH I WAS CRYING SO HARD THAT I WENT INTO A PANIC ATTACK. THE SUPERVISOR TOLD ME WELL MAM WE HAVE GAVE YOU ALL THE OPTIONS AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE. IN THE MIDDLE OF ME HAVING A PANIC ATACK AND CRYING.  A HEARTLESS HUMANBEING WITHOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A SUPERVISOR. IVE HAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS CURSE AT ME AND HANG UP ON MY THROUGHOUT MY 12 YRS. THIS IS INSANE AND SOMETHING MUST BE DONE. I WILL  NO LONGER LET T-MOBILE MAKE MY LIFE OR HEALTH MISERABLE. NO ONLY DO I HAVE ISSUES BUT MY MOM AND SISTER WHO SWITCHED OFF OF OUT LINE WHEN SHE GOT MARRIED AND GOT HER OWN CONTRACT LINE. EVERY TIME I LEAVE OUT OF THE TOWN I LIVE IN MY SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. IN THIS CASE I SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH A CHEAPER SERVICE SUCH AS CRICKET OR METRO PCS THEY EVEN HAVE LESS PROBLEMS THAN T-MOBILE. IM TIRED OF T-MOBILE NOT DOING A THING AND IVE BEEN WITH THEM OVER A DECADE ITS SO CARELESS. I WANT TO GIVE MY MONEY TO A COMPANY MY FAMILYAND I ARE APPREACHED AT AND UNDERSTOOD AND THAT ALSO PROVIDES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
