I am a recent switch to T-Mobile from AT&T, and I gotta say, this network is terrible. I have never in my life experienced so many dropped calls, calls with garbled audio, and calls with one-way audio in my life. I live in Austin, and from the coverage map, T-Mobile’s 4G Network | Check Your Coverage | T-Mobile Blazing Fast 4G Coverage, this should not be happening. This happens with my wife's calls too. As it stands, we've been signed up for less than a month and we really really miss AT&T. So much that I find their high prices justifiable at this point. How can we improve our experience with T-Mobile? Thank you.
