I have only been with T-Mobile for about 2 weeks. I ordered a windows phone- big mistake. I hate it, but that is not my problem. Trying to exchange it within the buyers remorse period is the problem. Every time I call, they have given me a different price for the phone that I want, and tell me different shipping prices as well. One girl said $24 dollars for express.!!! I have never paid that much to ship a phone within 2 days. Then, right before I give them my credit card number they say the system isn't working and I should call back. Today was my 6th time calling and YES I got a different price 6 times. Some said i could not buy a new phone until I returned the old one, and other said I just could not get my refund until the old one was returned, which is how Ive always known it to be with any company. I am so angry with the company and feel like I made a huge mistake. Not sure who to talk to or what to do next but If i don't get this Ironed out within the next few days totally leaving this company. I do not want to have to deal with this every time I have an issue or need to contact customer service. Any Suggestions?
