Not Sure Why A Bill/Receipt Isn't Considered A Priority

     Hello, I just added funds to my account and was surprised to learn that I will not get a receipt online, view past payments to print, or receive one in my email address for my records.  Why does T-mobile think this was _ever_ optional? There are reasons people need/want it and we shouldn't even have to explain why. The email saying "Thanks for your payment" means absolutely NOTHING.

 

Post-paid or pre-paid _should_NOT_ matter. I am still paying in REAL dollars.

 

I think this is very cheap on T-mobile's part and I'm quite disgusted. If anyone from Tmobile is here... please record this is feedback. The fact that I have to post online about it doesn't give me much hope. Everything else is great about the service.. but this... this is a major drawback.
