Today, I received two voice mail messages. One was from my Mother (from over two weeks ago, from another T Mobile phone), the other was from a prospective employer ( six days ago). Needless to say, I'm not getting the job. Over the past few weeks, I have received many voice mails that were made subsequent to the two that I received today. It is not my fault or my phone's. The message just weren't delivered in a timely fashion. This isn't the first time that this has happened, it is just the first time that it has cost me a job. Both of these messages can easily be verified as delayed.
I tried to call customer service at T Mobile today, but the number only provides a curt recording that tells the caller to try a different number. I tried the direct-from- my- phone number, but I received a recorded message indicating that I should enter my call back number and wait for seven minutes. No one ever called back. You can imagine my frustration.
