Hello,
I noticed recently that my email to SMS feature was not working. Emails directed to {mynumber}@tmomail.net should come to my phone as SMS messages, but for some reason they stopped. I called TMobile customer support, and they directed me to the myTMobile site, where I went to preferences and found that this feature had somehow been turned off. I turned it back on, and it said it might take several days for a it to start working. Well, that was about two weeks ago, and it still doesn't work. I want into preferences again at the myTMobile site, and confirmed that this feature is now ON, however it is not functioning.
Can someone please look into this or tell me what else I need to do to get this feature working? It's a pretty important feature in my business and I am missing important communications.
