Deeply disappointed with TMobile

Just venting my frustrations ,after being a T Mobile customer since its start(I was initially a customer of Voicestream ).loyalty is only rewarded with "thank you's,were sorry,we understand your frustrations & any inconvenience this may cause" but really no adequate solutions.I have family plan classic,upgraded my wifes phone last November 2012,with 2 year contract with a Samsung Exhibit 4G;The worse decision I ever made.this "smart" phone is nothing but.Horrible,Lousy device that only serves as a paperweight,endless dropped calls,freezes constantly,troubleshot with customer service & store countless times,even returned for same device with same results.now i not only am  locked into a data plan(free money for TMobile without reaping its benefits) but locked into a 2 year contract with something that not only is wasting time & money,but is shrugged at by tmobile with no good solution other than to purchase another phone or just ride my"tough luck"...cant even upgrade my line ,or make any changes without incurring in fees.I am considering just waiting for the contract to end and cancel this line completely.I am horribly ,deeply disappointed with how T Mobile has handled this situation.I guess they leave no other options but to flirt with changing carriers;Thanks for rewarding loyalty with a shrug and a huge"deal with it,sorry"....
