BROKEN: Downloading and installing the Mobile Security application

I'm trying to install the mobile security app that I get because of my PHP.

One can find directions at:

http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-2828

But none of these directions work - all cause the same issue.  I receive an SMS on my (Android) device telling me to click on:

http://t-mobile.com/msinstall

But when I go to that URL on my device it redirects to:

http://tms-p-dl.asurionmobile.com/crumpet/mobilesecurity.html

Which simply states:

"Mobile Security enables you to locate your phone in the event it is misplaced or lost. From a computer, go to my.t-mobile.com/mobilesecurity to access the service."

Useless.
