I'm currently using the $30 1500min talk+text plan and want to get the new $30 unlimited data and text plan. Since they don't offer the plan to existing consumers (to encourage current T-Mobile users to try out other carriers perhaps?), I bought a new sim card with the plan at Walmart and have not activated it yet. I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to 1)use the new plan 2)keep my old phone number and account? Thanks!
