I thinkl t-mobile has a very bad website. There is no DIRECT way to communicate with the company. My SERVICE SUCKS when I leave the major cities. I have waited (read: BEEN A CUSTOMER) 9 YEARS for better service and still NOTHING! Today I tried to sign up for my corporate discount. I went online...GOOD LUCK getting to the proper area. After 45 minutes of answering "security questions" I finally gave up and called 611 and I am STILL not sure the lady got it right! This is the last straw. No discount, then I'm movint to ATT.
