How Tos: Add On-Demand Data Pass via My T-Mobile and MyAccount

Learn how to add an On-Demand Data Pass via My T-Mobile and the MyAccount application on your device:

 

 

 

 

Steps

 

Add via My T-Mobile

  1. Log in to My T-Mobile with your username and password.
  2. Click on the Manage tab then hover over Plans & Services then, click Change Services.
  3. Scroll down and click Data Passes.
  4. Select the desired pass.
  5. Click Choose start date and Time and click Continue.
    • Note: Pass times are set to Pacific Time.
  6. Review and click Submit Changes.
  7. Verify that your Pass Purchase completes.

 

 

 

Add via MyAccount

  1. Access the My Account App from the device.
  2. Tap Plans & Services.
  3. Tap Add/Change Services.
  4. Tap the desired line you want to add a pass to.
  5. Select a pass type:
    • To purchase a Domestic Data Pass or a Domestic Roaming Data Pass, click on Add or Upgrade Data.
    • To purchase an International Roaming Pass or SMH Pass, click Data Passes and then International Data Roaming Pass or Smartphone Mobile Hotspot Data Pass.
  6. Review the following additional details:
    • International Roaming passes are shown on one page.
    • Domestic Data and Domestic Roaming Data are shown in the Data Upsell pages.
    • SMHS passes go to the SMHS Upsell pages for options.
  7. Select a pass and tap Purchase.
  8. Verify that a confirmation message appears.
  9. Tap Done.
