I have sent two letters to contract dispute seeking to end service with T-Mobile due to multible service issues. After documenting and speaking with reps who cannot help, they send a 'pre generated' form letter saying they will not waive the fees. I am sick and tired of paying T-Mobile for poor and unreliable service and equipment. It seems my last resort is to take it to civil court. This has been a huge burden on my spouse and I just want T-Mobile to honor thier end of the agreement, which they have not. It is very unfortunate that a company as large as T Mobile finds it necessary to not honor thier end of service aggrements. I have no service at my work, my spouse drives late at night 80 miles each way and countinuously has dropped calls or no service, despite thier coverage map showing service. These are but a few of the numerous issues we have delt with. Has anyone else taken them to court, and if so, what was the outcome?
