I have been their customer 8 years for 3 lines in a family plan but I only used 2 lines for years. I just found that my contract had extended when my rate plan changed at Costco. I got shocked and frustrated because I have been waiting for the 31st of July which is when my contract should have ended. I have made 2 calls for this matter and they said... get my legal representative to contact their legal representative...
Well... I am not going to hire a lawyer ( Who would?...)... anybody give me any advise.
