Hello,
I have a T-mobile prepaid account in the US and am currently traveling in Europe. I am unable to use my phone with local SIM cards because I get a message asking for a "network unlock code." I visited the T-mobile store here and they said I need to contact my US provider to get this number.
Unfortunately with my current plan I am unable to make a call to T-Mobile US customer support. How should I proceed?
I plan to resume my US prepaid plan as soon as I return.
