Permanently store voicemail messages

To extend the delete date on a voicemail message follow the instructions below:

Method 1:

1. Dial into the voicemail box. Listen for the message that is to be saved past the delete date.
2. Access the Message Forwarding option in the voicemail box. Option 2 after listening to message
3. Forward the message to the same mobile number as the voicemail box (typically your phone number). The voicemail message will be sent back to the voicemail box as a new voicemail (the original can be deleted to avoid confusion) which refreshes the delete date.

Method 2:

1. Listen to the desired message again.
2. When finished, follow the prompt to save message. Option 9 after listening to the message
3. This will reset the expiration date.
